From No Job To Award-Winning Success

In 2018 Andrew MacAskill was made redundant from his senior position within an executive search firm in the UK.

It totally floored him and to make matters worse, his wife was also made redundant from the same company at the same time. 😧

Even though he felt nervous for his family’s future, he decided that it was now or never for turning his career coaching side hustle into a full time venture.

So Andrew contacted me, we chatted on Zoom and he told me his plans.

👉 At the end of 2021, the Executive Career Jump website (on Kajabi) won the 'Best Employment Website' at the NORA (National Online Recruitment Awards) in London, up against competitors such as BBC Bitesize and Guardian Jobs. 

👉 The Exec Career Jump podcast that we launched in 2022 is top-rated in its category has now had over 25k downloads.  

👉 In 2022 Andrew was announced as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Careers & Job Search. 

👉 Andrew has helped 1000's of people navigate the job search process successfully and continues his mission to end career misery!

👉  In 2022 Andrew was offered the role of Chief Commercial Officer at a leading UK search firm, which he now does whilst Executive Career Jump continues to run.
